- Ten or more years, with real contractor-side scar tissue
- Operator-level depth in at least one of: planning and delay analysis, quantum, NEC or FIDIC contract administration, arbitration support
- Based in the UAE, GCC or UK, and able to work matters in either market
- Able to write. Findings that survive scrutiny are written, not spoken
