What you get

A single-page commercial-risk summary of the contract you send. Structured around five things:

• The top five commercial-risk exposures we found in your contract (ranked).
• The Particular Conditions amendments that shift the standard-form balance materially.
• The notice regime and any unforgiving time bars.
• The change / variation mechanism and how it values your work.
• Two or three specific, concrete things to negotiate or qualify before signing.

One page. No padding. Built so a commercial director can read it in three minutes and act on it.

What it costs

AED 5,000 per contract (excluding VAT). Fixed, regardless of contract length.

The price is intentionally productised. The discount versus a bespoke pre-contract engagement reflects that the deliverable is structured, the timetable is fixed, and the work is bounded. It is designed to be an easy "yes" at tender pressure points.

How long it takes

48 hours from contract receipt, working days. Send the contract Monday morning, summary back by Wednesday morning. Tighter turnarounds available on request for an uplift, where capacity allows.

What kinds of contracts

FIDIC (Red, Yellow, Silver, Emerald, all editions); NEC3 and NEC4; ICC; JCT 2024; bespoke main-contract and subcontract forms used in the UAE, GCC and UK. If your contract is in Arabic or another language, send it anyway and we will let you know whether we can review it (English contracts only at present).

When to use it

• Pre-bid. You are about to commit to a price on a contract you have not had time to read carefully.
• Pre-signature. You won and the Employer has sent the contract; you have seven days to flag any issues.
• Pre-engagement of a subcontract. A subcontractor has put a draft to you, or you need to send one and want it pressure-tested.
• Periodic risk refresh. You are mid-project and want a senior view on whether the contract you signed still matches the way the project is being run.

What it is not

This is a commercial-risk summary, not a legal review. It is written by a senior commercial consultant, not by a lawyer. If you need a legal opinion on specific clauses, the right person to call is your construction lawyer (we are happy to recommend a few we work alongside). The 1-page commercial review and a legal review are complementary, not substitutes.
