Hardcastle Advisory Group (“we”, “us”) operates the website hardcastleadvisorygroup.com. This notice explains, in plain terms, what we do with information when you visit or contact us.

What we collect

When you visit the site: we use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that records aggregated page views and referrers. It does not use cookies and does not identify you individually.

When you contact us: the contact form on this site opens your own email client pre-filled with the details you entered. No data is stored on this website. When you press send, your email is delivered to us in the normal way. We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide the services you ask about.

When you download the capability statement: the file is served as a static PDF. We do not require an email address to download it and we do not record who downloads it.

How we use your information

Information you send us by email is used only to respond to your enquiry, to provide services, and to keep a record of correspondence in the normal course of business. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How we store information

Email correspondence is stored on our business email systems for as long as it is reasonably needed for the matter to which it relates, and thereafter in accordance with our normal record-retention practices. The website itself is hosted on Vercel; the source code is held in private repositories.
